PerfumePlus.com processes almost all orders received within 24 hours. Orders received before 4:00 p.m. EST - on any business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and US holidays will be processed the following business day.

COVERAGE & CARRIERS:
We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States via UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. though 5:00 p.m. (EST) excluding U.S. holidays and other specific days we may announce.
In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
